Cancel anytime

You can cancel your Tixi subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan will stop renewing and you'll keep access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

No-questions-asked refunds

If you cancel an annual plan before it ends, we offer a no-questions-asked refund for the remaining full months you've already paid for and won't use. We'll calculate the unused full months from the date of your cancellation and refund that portion of your subscription fee.

For monthly plans, cancellations stop future charges but we generally don't refund the current month once it has started. If you believe there's been a mistake with billing, please reach out and we'll review it.

How to request a refund

To request a cancellation or refund, email us from the address associated with your Tixi account and include your workspace name and the plan you're on. We'll confirm your cancellation and process any eligible refund as quickly as possible.
