By accessing or using Tixi, you agree to these terms. If you're using Tixi on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you're authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

Use of the service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Tixi for your internal business purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to break security, or use Tixi for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.

Accounts and content

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You retain ownership of the content you provide to Tixi, but grant us a license to process it as needed to operate and improve the service.

Intellectual property

Tixi, including its underlying software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited rights described above, these terms do not grant you any ownership or other rights to our intellectual property.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Tixi available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may modify or discontinue features from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll aim to give you reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

Tixi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you've paid for the service over the last 12 months.
